Quality Inspector

Core duties

• Inspect products and materials:

Examine incoming materials and outgoing products to find defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Test products:

Conduct tests to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
- Verify specifications:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure products align with standards.
- Measure dimensions:

Use tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to measure product dimensions accurately.
- Document results:

Record inspection results in reports and databases, and track re-work and waste.
- Accept or reject products:

Determine whether products meet quality standards and segregate those that do not.
- Recommend improvements:

Provide feedback and suggest adjustments to the production process to improve quality and reduce defects.

Qualifications:

1. at least 2 years experience as quality inspector gained from a manufacturing company
2. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or any business related course
3. willing to work in Tabang, Guiguinto, Bulacan
