About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic
Client-Facing Global Recruiter
to partner closely with our
Sales
and
prospective clients
in designing and delivering top-tier talent solutions. This is a consultative and strategic recruiting role — you'll scope roles, define success metrics, and translate business needs into precise hiring profiles.

You'll manage full-cycle recruiting across
South Africa, India, and the Philippines
, ensuring we deliver the right talent, fast. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and have experience recruiting within

What You'll Do

Partner with Sales & Clients

  • Join discovery and scoping calls to understand business context, role KPIs, and hiring goals.
  • Design job profiles, competency maps, and interview frameworks per region.
  • Advise on market availability, hiring timelines, and recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a consultative, client-facing expert from first discussion through offer acceptance.

Recruiting & Delivery

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    across global markets.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple functions — customer service, sales, tech support, and back office.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and maintain regional market intelligence.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.

Process & Analytics

  • Streamline intake-to-offer workflows and ensure smooth handoffs across teams.
  • Leverage multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networks).
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS/CRM and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Market Intelligence & Employer Brand

  • Provide ongoing insights on salary trends, talent supply, and competitor hiring.
  • Represent
    Office Beacon
    at recruitment events and partnerships.
  • Collaborate on recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of
    full-cycle recruiting experience
    , preferably across multiple countries.
  • Experience working in
    client-facing
    ,
    BPO
    , or
    RPO
    environments.
  • Proven success hiring in at least two of the following regions: South Africa, India, Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of local labor markets and compensation benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in
    ATS/CRM systems
    and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring at scale for customer service, sales, tech support, or back-office roles.
  • Familiarity with
    remote-first
    and
    shift-based
    hiring.
  • Multilingual communication skills.
