In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers who require assistance with their banking needs, including inquiries about accounts, transactions, credit cards, and other related services. Your professionalism and accuracy will be vital in ensuring trust and satisfaction for every customer interaction.

As a CSR for a high-priority banking account, you will be responsible for resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and security of client information. Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 months of CSR voice experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
