  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • With at least 6 months significant working experience, with good interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation and submission of compliance requirements associated with accreditation, prequalification, license updating of BDG documents

1.) Timely preparation of accreditation and eligibility requirements in the required format from the government agencies and private clients

2.) Prepares and updates resumes of the managerial and technical personnel of the company for bid submittals application and renewal local license (PCAB license), overseas license (POCB license)

3.) Updates files including ongoing and completed projects of the company, list of equipment, net financial contracting capacity (NFFC)

4.) Familiarization of government procurement law RA 9184 & Contractors license law RA 4566 and its latest implementing rules and regulations (IRR)

5.) Prepares request for authorization to a representative through Secretary's Certificate duly resolved by the board, intended for bidding purposes, Bank Credit Line Certificates and other necessary documents

6.) Prepares letters of intent, regret, transmittal, protest letter and other legal documents

7.) Secures and submit prequalification documents from respective government agencies and institutions

8.) Familiarizes on all company departments, business units, projects, capabilities, experiences, equipment and information; and to coordinate on all documents required by clients
