Position Overview:

The Accounting Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulations. You will assist in maintaining general ledger entries, processing invoices, and preparing financial statements. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor financial transactions and assist with the preparation of reports for management.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle administrative duties related to financial operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting or finance (internships and relevant experience are a plus). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
