JOB DESCRIPTION

  • They work flexible hours responding to emergencies when necessary and completing scheduled maintenance when convenient for the building owner.
  • Should keep a schedule of routine repairs, inspection sheets and supply needs.
  • Must make timely repairs.
  • Should inspect wiring, repair pipes, troubleshoot equipment, replace light bulbs and install new equipment.
  • Ensure safety of all areas from any electrical or mechanical hazards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all electrical installations in the common areas are in good working/operational conditions.
  • Troubleshoot electrically related problems.
  • Daily inspection of Substation, Electrical Room, and Generator Room.
  • Replace and repair busted bulbs, lighting fixtures, etc.
  • Provide suggestions on how to improve maintenance procedures.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
