The Role

BARE is seeking an experienced Electrician Maintenance to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. As an Electrician Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our hotels and resorts. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, motors, and control panels
  • Troubleshoot and repair any electrical issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Install new electrical equipment and components as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to coordinate and prioritise work
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced technicians

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrician Maintenance or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • A valid Electrician's license and certification in electrical installation and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Proficient in the use of various electrical tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
