Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced SEO Project Lead to spearhead our SEO initiatives and drive measurable growth across multiple international markets.

This leadership-track role requires a highly analytical and proactive professional who can manage end-to-end SEO operations, oversee technical and content performance, and lead a team to achieve strong results in competitive online environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle SEO projects — from strategy to execution — ensuring traffic, conversion, and technical KPIs are met.
  • Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, providing consistent progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop SEO strategies tailored for high-risk, competitive industries such as casino, sports betting, and live gaming.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, casino, or sports betting industries is required.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes (Google's E-E-A-T, SERP updates) and iGaming compliance regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of SEO, including keyword targeting, content optimization, link building, and technical performance (geo/IP targeting, latency, dynamic content).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, development, design, and marketing) to align SEO with broader business objectives.
  • Mentor and train junior SEO specialists to maintain performance quality and brand consistency.
  • Utilize analytics and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, and Screaming Frog to monitor and report on performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, managing full-cycle campaigns and leading teams.
  • Minimum of 5+ years team management experience is required.
  • Proven success in driving measurable SEO performance in competitive industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content architecture, and backlink strategies.
  • Proficient in Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and related SEO tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
