Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams specific to Return and Refund Operations and Projects Teams. Drive standardization of data metrics by leveraging business knowledge and best practices. Analyze OKRs to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and data processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure accurate data representation. Support Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure by assisting users in accessing relevant data.

Act as a liaison between Return and Refund Team and BI Team to ensure proper requirement definitions. Enhance reporting tools and systems through process improvements and technology adoption. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

With a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience. Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, AppScript, and Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Python is a plus. Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills. Seniority level
