An experienced professional is sought to join our analytics team as a specialist.

Description of the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist internal and external clients in adding complex tracking and resolving issues that arise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and have a strong problem-solving ability.

They should be able to break down technical problems into manageable chunks, execute solutions, and communicate progress effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills to win buy-in from internal and external teams, explain issues, and provide updates on project status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing conversion tracking for various types of forms, buttons, e-commerce platforms, and other related activities.
  • Verifying and sanity-checking conversion tracking implementation.
  • Debugging tracking issues and fixing them promptly.
  • Testing measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
  • Creating customized reports from Analytics and other sources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Strong background in website analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics GA3/GA4.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript programming language.
  • Proven expertise in digital analytics, web traffic metrics, and data analysis.
  • Expert-level understanding of Web Analytics, particularly with Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, and other related technologies.
  • Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
