The opportunity

RRJ' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at the Victory Mall in Tanauan City, Batangas. This position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer assistance, answering questions and helping customers find the products they need
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
  • Restock and organise merchandise to maintain a neat and well-stocked sales floor
  • Assist in processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain store security and cleanliness

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude to provide excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
