About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our dynamic team at PRIMA TECH PHILS., INC.'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within our manufacturing operations in Calamba City Laguna.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems and procedures to monitor and control the quality of our manufacturing processes and products
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures, including inspections, testing, and documentation, to identify and address any quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Oversee the training and development of the quality assurance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies related to quality management
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA Manager or similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective quality improvement solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and project management
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline
