Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote and sell our Ready-Mix Concrete products. The role involves developing marketing strategies, building relationships with contractors and construction firms, and ensuring sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, or the building industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of concrete products, construction projects, and material specifications is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and meet clients as required.
