Sales and Marketing Officer

Overview Sales and Marketing Officer (Remote/Hybrid) – MySigrid Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines MySigrid is a Remote Staffing Solutions provider powered by technology. We provide the right people, platform, and processes to optimize busy executives' lives, allowing them to outsource the day-to-day activities that keep their personal and professional lives on time and on target. We aim to democratize executive support access and create jobs using technology instead of replacing them. We use MySigrid, our proprietary Collaboration & Task Management Platform, to solve tasks efficiently and collectively - improving quality, reducing human error, and increasing speed. Responsibilities Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls and actively prospect new business opportunities; lead sales presentations and product demonstrations; close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets; build and maintain strong relationships with clients; manage the full sales cycle from lead to close; negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies; identify new market opportunities and target audiences; create and optimize sales funnels; analyze market trends and competitor activities; track and report on key performance metrics. Marketing Materials: Design and create professional marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers); develop compelling copy for various marketing channels; ensure brand consistency across all materials; create email marketing campaigns. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies; create engaging content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.); design graphics and visual content for social posts; manage social media calendars and posting schedules; monitor engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.
