We're hiring a
Sales Assistant
to support the business development and account management function of a premier Australian technology systems integrator. This is a
full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates
, employed under a proper PH setup.
You will coordinate sales activities, prepare client deliverables, manage documentation, and support communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, quality-focused environment and enjoys working across both technical and non-technical teams.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare and deliver
quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and contract documentation
. - Coordinate with recruitment, accounts, and leadership teams to ensure seamless
onboarding, paperwork, and start-date alignment
for consultants. - Maintain accurate client data, opportunities, and activity updates in
JobAdder
(recruitment CRM). - Write and refine
consultant profiles/CVs
with a commercial and sales-focused mindset. - Support account managers with
client relationship management
and opportunity tracking. - Track renewals, maintenance agreements, and pipeline activity to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage consultant communications when required, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Generate clear reports on
sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
. - Assist in organising
client meetings, demos, events
, and supporting material in coordination with sales and marketing. - Provide exceptional customer service that reinforces the company's reputation for quality and long-term partnership.
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
- Have
2-3 years of experience
in sales support, customer success, or inside sales ideally within
technology, IT services, or systems integration
. - Experience writing and refining
consultant profiles/CVs
with a commercial and sales-focused mindset. - Understand consultative or solution-based sales approaches.
- Communicate clearly and confidently and can build strong professional relationships.
- Have strong
attention to detail
, organisational skills, and follow-through. - Are experienced with SaaS tools used for sales or recruitment workflows.
- Are proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
. - Are comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-moving environment.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday
- Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
