II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESULT AREA 1: Productivity and Smooth Operation

Plan work schedule & workload of the team in advance.

Conduct daily briefing to monitor day-to-day task of the team.

Make monthly assessment of the performance of each staff.

KEY RESULT AREA 2: Guest Satisfaction and Smooth Operation

Provide professional and efficient service to the guest.

Establish core relationship with recurring and new guest.

Understand and implement the service standard of the resort.

KEY RESULT AREA 3: Administrative Support and Revenue Growth

Establish healthy relationship with other colleagues from other departments.

Entice guest to maximize their stay in the resort by offering indoor and outdoor activities.

Upselling of rooms and offering boutique products.

PERFORM OTHER TASKS AS MAY BE ASSIGNED Weight: 5%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
