Job description:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding and purchasing products, and maintaining the store's overall presentation and cleanliness. This role plays a key part in achieving the store's sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.

· Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and recommending items.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

· Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash, credit, and other transactions.

· Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

· Replenish stocks and monitor inventory levels.

· Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.

· Work collaboratively with team members and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent (College level/graduate is an advantage).
  • Preferably with experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills (POS experience is an advantage).
  • Customer-oriented, energetic, and with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work in mall shifts, weekends, and holidays.
