1* PRIMARY FUNCTION *

Sales clerks are frontline troops. They are in direct contact with our customers and it is imperative that they are well versed in product knowledge and properly trained in customer service and salesmanship before they are allowed to interact with our customers in the selling area. The Sales clerk ensures that customers' needs are satisfied and exceeded through the implementation of the company's customer service standards thereby achieving individual and store sales targets.

2* DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * a. Ensures achievement of individual daily sales target b. Provides fast, efficient and friendly service to all customers. c. Replenishes merchandise on display. d. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the selling area. e. Assists in implementation of visual display guidelines and policies. f. Reports to the Branch supervisor all fast and slow moving items. g. Safeguards merchandise from external and internal theft. h. Conducts physical inventory of merchandise during price changes. i. Relays to the BS/ABS/IA basic items for re-ordering. j. Tallies individual sales with that recorded in the POS on a daily basis. k. Ensure proper work ethics to be emulated by promo personnel l. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Perform racquet stringing. Ensure stringing facilities, including tool and accessories, in the store are in good condition. Assist customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES a. Assists customer b. Strings racquet bought and brought by customers c. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the store facilities d. Acts as guard's reliever during break time e. Prepares and submits monthly stringing report f. Assists in the daily inventory of items g. Accepts the turnover of items from the promo personnel
