Manage and facilitate the completion of Customers' support requests. The Systems Engineer will manage the Customers' expectations throughout the process and strive to maintain high Customer Satisfaction levels. The Support delivery area helps shape the other delivery areas via their feedback.

Work Schedule: ONSITE in Clark Office

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Action Support Incidents
  • Action Support Service Requests
  • Coordinating, overseeing, and providing advice to clients, other consultants, and contractors, as well as attending meetings as needed.
  • Monitor and answer inbound Support Phone queues
  • Triaging on tickets
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation
  • Manage user's expectations
  • Attend weekly departmental L10 Meetings
  • Installing and troubleshooting IT equipment and software for customers.  

Job Qualification:
- 5 years plus previous experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent including a minimum of 2 years MSP Experience.
- Strong all-round knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and workstation operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies.
