Learning & Development Specialist

Are you a passionate and experienced L&D professional with a knack for creating engaging learning solutions? We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing our talent and driving business growth through strategic learning initiatives. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing our learning programs, from conception to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

Program Development & Implementation

  • Design and deliver impactful learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and relevant training content.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with business goals.

LMS Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of Healthcare LMS platforms is a plus
  • Manage user accounts, content, and reporting to ensure seamless operation.
  • Optimize the LMS to enhance the user experience and leverage its full capabilities.

Strategic L&D

  • Contribute to the L&D strategy and recommend innovative learning technologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Partner with HR and department heads to proactively identify and address learning needs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze L&D data to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on training completion, engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Consulting & Support

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate learning needs into effective LMS solutions.
  • Provide guidance to content creators and support new learning technology implementations.
