**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets. Provide support and direction to junior sales agents to enhance overall team performance.

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, offering insights for improvement and employing best practices to achieve optimal results.

- Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to ensure sales strategies align with company goals and effectively address client needs.

- Mentor and train junior sales agents, sharing best practices and delivering constructive feedback to assist them in achieving their professional goals.
