Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills — able to set goals, design sales strategies, and drive team success.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and realign strategies effectively.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in call center applications, workforce management tools, QA tools, and related technologies.
  • Experience managing performance metrics and escalation handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review team and project performance with the project owner as per schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage customer escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive the achievement of customer service goals and KPIs at both team and individual levels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all service tasks, programs, and process workflows.
