Sales Representative

Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu City

Schedule: Night Shift | Fixed Weekends Off

Location: 4th Floor, Jesa ITC Building, Gen. Maxilom Ave. (same building as Dimsum Mango), Cebu City

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential and existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid communication and persuasive techniques.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain a positive business relationship with clients to ensure future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (BPO or similar setup is an advantage).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work onsite (Cebu City) and on a night shift schedule.
• Can start immediately.
