Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery involved in sugar refining / confectionery / ingredient processing in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in start‑up, shutdown, and changeover of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Meet daily / shift output targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Load raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients into machines or line as required to keep production flowing.
  • Follow the food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (GMP, HACCP, company rules) applicable to the food manufacturing environment.
  • Adhere to health, safety rules, use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly (gloves, hairnets, masks, etc.).
  • Participate in safety trainings and follow company protocols for emergencies.
  • Report equipment faults, unsafe conditions, incidents or accidents to supervisor immediately.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Vocational or TESDA training in food processing or machine operation is an advantage.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (sacks of sugar up to 50kg).
  • Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per month
