JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open for High school diploma or equivalent education

With at least 6 months experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage

Willing to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee incoming and outgoing customer communications via chat, email, and phone calls.

Professionally address consumer questions

Determine the client's needs and offer timely, effective solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams and voice issues when needed.

Assist in new team member onboarding and mentorship

Stay informed about our company's policies, products, and services.

When appropriate, recommend and upsell relevant products and services.

Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
