About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations, ensuring peak efficiency and alignment with production demands. This role is pivotal in overseeing a dynamic supply chain environment that supports multiple manufacturing sites, with a key focus on electronics raw materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring optimal performance in inventory control, logistics, and team productivity.
  • Supervise, organize, direct, and train warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  • Develop and implement warehouse systems including product handling, storage strategies, and gate processes.
  • Manage materials movement across a Hub-and-Spoke setup, supporting seven manufacturing factories.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory using Oracle ERP systems and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Drive inventory reduction initiatives, manage dead stock and excess inventory, and execute disposition strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the Annual Physical Inventory.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, ergonomics, and team development through continuous coaching and resource optimization.
  • Implement and sustain Continuous Improvement initiatives and lead team efforts toward achieving KPIs and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Enforce "Protection at Source" strategies to mitigate pilferage risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Material Management Certification or relevant post-graduate diploma is highly desirable.
  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in warehouse and supply chain management.
  • Must have extensive background in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Consumer Electronics industry – this is non-negotiable.
  • Solid experience in managing electronics raw materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Oracle ERP or similar systems for inventory and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and local/international logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational strategies, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement.
