Job Descriptions

-Proficiency in researching pertinent laws, implementing rules and regulations related to business processes and operations

-Resourcefulness in the investigation of facts and laws through searching public records and other resources to support legal opinion and actions

-Ensure alignment with the latest laws and regulations through accurate and timely feedback on research outcomes

-Ensure compliance with Data Protection Act (DPA) by the implementation of data protection strategy and other applicable data protection laws

-Efficiency of records control to ensure the protection of Legal documents

-Proficiency in the validation of the authenticity of documents submitted for filing.

-Timeliness in updating and maintaining document management systems to support business operations.

-Efficient organization of legal files and documents to allow traceability and ease of access when needed

-Ensure integrity of legal documents through efficient preservation and safe-keeping while adhering to the company Retention Schedule

-Efficiency and effectiveness of docket system and document control system to protect assets of the company

-Ensure personal growth and competency enhancement by aligning individual objectives with the organization's goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in title documentation, compliance, or corporate legal support is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay.
