Product Returns Staff

Verify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product returns. Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the returns forms and documents. Coordinate returns clerk activities with warehouse management. Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Possess excellent communicational skills
  • Must know how use Excel application
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and to possess a particular attention for details
  • High level of analytical skills and problem solving
  • May be asked to perform other warehouse duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
