RMA Technician Staff (Warehouse-Based) OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE

Maria Clara St. Banawe Quezon City

The RMA Staff will handle the day-to-day RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities and assess specific issues with returned products. This role requires decision-making on whether returns should be accepted and ensuring timely coordination with suppliers and branches.

Location: Banawe, Quezon City.

Qualification Requirements

  • Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally with employees, clients, and colleagues
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent structured problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledgeable of IT-related products
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in RMA and/or customer service
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in PC building

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and build desktop PCs based on specifications
  • Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
  • Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance on IT equipment
  • Test and ensure quality assurance of repaired and newly built PCs
  • Maintain records of daily productivity and technical reports
  • Provide technical support and updates to branches regarding customer items
