Job Overview

Join a high-performing, globally connected team supporting one of Australia's leading civil engineering design consultancies, renowned for its expertise in transport infrastructure and temporary traffic management. As a Civil Design Drafter or Senior Civil Design Drafter, you will play a critical role in delivering precise, high-quality design documentation for road and highway projects. Working closely with Australian engineers, you will produce CAD drawings to TfNSW standards, contribute to traffic management planning, and support project delivery through technical accuracy and collaboration.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arcovia, Pasig City, contributing to complex, real-world infrastructure projects that shape how communities move and grow. Whether you're building your drafting career or stepping into a leadership position, you'll be part of an inclusive, purpose-driven team that values precision, accountability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft high-quality engineering design drawings in AutoCAD per TfNSW CAD manual standards.
  • Interpret and translate engineering plans and details into clear, technical outputs.
  • Utilize ProjectWise and Microsoft Office tools to organize and deliver work packages.
  • Collaborate effectively with your direct manager and international project teams.
  • Prepare Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes.
  • Follow WHS and environmental safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and drafting, ideally within the construction or civil engineering industry, specializing in transport infrastructure and temporary traffic management solutions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting for civil infrastructure.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication and independent working skills.
  • Familiarity with ProjectWise and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to gain qualifications in traffic control planning (PWZTMP, TMP, TGS).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with international teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM -3:00 PM).
