What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  3. Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or services
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the call centre industry
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but open to career shifters
