About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team at J.J. Drilltek Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our accounting records. This full-time position will allow you to utilize your expertise in accounts management and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Providing support for audits and compliance activities
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

  • With at least 1 year experience in an accounting or finance role - preferred but not required
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Basic Knowledge in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications - Quickbooks & Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
