Education

College graduate preferably in Engineering with Management background. Equivalent of at least three (5) years in a supervisory position in electronics operations for noncollege graduates.

Experience

3-5 years technical experience in electronics assembly plant, with an equal length of experience in handling people on a Managerial or at least Supervisory Level.

Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the daily activities of the line to produce the desired volume of product according to the prescribed efficiency rate and quality/yield levels, in conformance to customer's schedule at minimum manpower and material loss.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production operations dedicated to the Schneider Account, ensuring efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with Schneider's expectations and technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, ensuring compliance with Schneider's standards and company objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and client representatives to maintain seamless production.
  • Identify and address production challenges, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies related to electronics manufacturing.
