Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collates dockets needed for BIR entry, Registry of Deeds and City Assessor's Office.
  2. Prepares and processes the payment of Real Property Tax assessment; secures Tax Clearances (Bacoor projects).
  3. Requests and prepares payment for Transfer Tax.
  4. Ensures timely liquidation of cash advances.
  5. Coordinates with BIR, LGU, Registry of Deeds for registration / Transfer of Title and annotation.
  6. Receives and reviews the Title Transfer, Annotation, Tax Declaration from Registry of Deeds and Assessor's Office.
  7. Secures certified true copies of titles for the compliance to HDMF subject for take-out.
  8. Assists and attends to customer's concerns.
  9. Coordinates with the point of contacts in relation to the docket submitted to the concerned government agencies.
  10. Suggests/recommends for approval and performs out of the box solution/ideas to spearhead transactions.
  11. Submits weekly report on handled accounts on time.
  12. Performs related tasks that may be given from time to time.

  13. Makati office and occasional O.B./field work

    • Bank (Metrobank, Security and BPI)
    • Pag-IBIG (HDMF)
    • Bacoor City Hall (Assessor's, Treasury Office & Registry of Deeds)

Required Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any business course
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years previous related work experience, preferably in conversion and registration process
  3. Computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Workspace
  4. Possesses strong coordination skills particularly with customers and government employees
  5. Has the ability to work under pressure and is keen on details
  6. Willing to do field work
