SUMMARY:

The Route Planning Specialist is responsible for overseeing nationwide ECO sack distribution, monitoring usage across all branches, and ensuring accurate and efficient stock transfers. The role includes analyzing consumption data, managing pending/lost sacks, training new members on ESG and operational processes, and coordinating with underperforming regions to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics monitoring, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and trend monitoring.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge in RFID and scanning systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and training skills

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transfer Schedule Management

  2. Gather and consolidate available stock data.

  3. Calculate consumption for all DCs and BCs.
  4. Determine quantity allocation for equal distribution among sources while maintaining balanced remaining stocks.
  5. Release Transfer Task Numbers for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  6. Gather Bag Opening Input and Transfer Output data from DCs and BCs.
  7. Generate grades and performance rankings based on daily Bag Opening performance per DC/BC/Region.

  8. Coordinate with regions showing the lowest performance and implement improvement measures to achieve 100% performance target.

  9. Pending / Lost ECO SACK Management & Monitoring

  10. Gather, summarize, and plot trends of nationwide pending ECO SACK data.

  11. Identify and list top contributors to pending or lost ECO SACK cases.
  12. Conduct data analysis on pending transactions, including review of last scan details
  13. Facilitate:
  14. Processing of pending items

  15. Rescanning of mis-scanned sacks

  16. Training & Capacity BuildingConduct training sessions for new members on:

  17. ESG Topics: Green Packaging and Green Transportation

  18. Process Flow & Scanning Procedures
  19. RFID Best Practices
