About the role

Collectius PH is seeking an enthusiastic 2 IT Intern to join our dynamic team in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a contract-based position, offering the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry and, specifically, Help Desk & IT Support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for internal IT systems and end-users
  2. Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
  3. Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Document IT support activities and maintain accurate records
  5. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance the company's IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

  1. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  3. Good communication and customer service skills
  4. Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  5. Keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
