Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Director/Manager located in the Philippines. The BIM Director/Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the BIM processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This includes coordinating with project teams, conducting quality control checks, and developing BIM protocols and strategies. The role also involves providing training and support to staff, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC)
  • Strong knowledge of the Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Building Operations (AECO) industry
  • Proficiency in BIM software and tools
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement BIM protocols and strategies
  • Experience in conducting quality control checks and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Training and support experience for staff
  • Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
