About This Opportunity:

Ericsson offers an outstanding opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team. We seek an individual with exceptional attention to detail to perform HR administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and managing data across various IT systems, ensuring the highest standards of data quality. You will also have the opportunity to foster innovation and contribute to continuous process improvements, enhancing efficiency within the HR division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain pertinent HR data in systems.
  • Oversee and manage interfaces between the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and supplier systems.
  • Create and distribute both standard and customized reports.
  • Conduct rigorous data analyses and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to correspondence professionally and within established timelines.
  • Prepare and validate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls to meet compliance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in business writing for clear and concise communication.
  • Experience with BMC Case Management systems.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy policies.
  • Skilled in data analytics and people data management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
