Key Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate data workflows within the Azure ecosystem
  • Configure compute resources in Databricks (All-Purpose, SQL, Job Clusters)
  • Manage ADLS Gen2 storage and integrate with Databricks
  • Set up secure access using Service Principals and Key Vaults
  • Develop automated ETL scripts and scalable infrastructure
  • Profile diverse data formats (CSV, JSON, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and system issues
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Implement CI/CD for data pipelines and infrastructure
  • Deliver rapid, tangible value and reusable engineering patterns
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Data Engineer or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
