The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, motivates, and retains top talent while fostering a healthy workplace culture. The HR Manager serves as both a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to employees, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and compensation management, grievance handling, and offboarding.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with department managers to address HR and administrative matters, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Knowledgeable on ISO and Quality Management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 5–8 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and data analytics tools.

· High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
