Join the growing team at New Flavor House, Inc. as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this full-time, on-site role in our Malabon City warehouse, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage and distribution facilities, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods. This is a key position that plays a vital part in supporting the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimise storage and retrieval processes to improve efficiency
  • Enforce safety and security protocols to protect personnel, equipment and inventory
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facilities and equipment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Prepare reports on warehouse operations, productivity and KPIs
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff to develop their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software
  • Detailed knowledge of warehousing regulations, safety protocols and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
