About the role As the Warehouse Supervisor at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse in SM City Consolacion branch. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of inventory, and optimize warehouse operations to support the business objectives. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness Provide training and development opportunities to the warehouse team to build their skills and knowledge Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space utilization, and workflow optimization Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies Ability to effectively communicate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practice. Willing to be assigned in SM City Consolacion, Consolacion, Cebu.
