hiring
for a 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 to join our team This role plays a vital part in assessing ground conditions, providing technical insights, and ensuring the stability and safety of our renewable energy and infrastructure projects from the ground up.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  1. Oversee all stages of a geotechnical engineering related project milestones, from initial planning and design to construction completion. This includes tasks like scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring the project meets quality standards.

  2. Perform geotechnical/civil engineering design tasks, including creating and reviewing technical drawings, analyzing site feasibility, and recommending improvements to designs.

  3. Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

  4. Create and review daily and weekly reports.

  5. Perform Quality Assurance Functions.

  6. Manage internal work teams, subcontractors and service providers.

  7. Provide expert advice to the Project Development Team in the field of Geotechnical / Civil Engineering.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  1. At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role, overseeing large-scale construction projects.

  2. Experience in design consultancy work related to RE projects with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering (i.e. Due Diligence, Conceptual.

  3. Design, Detailed Engineering Design, Lenders Technical Adviser).

  4. Willing to transition from an engineering consultancy background onto project management and execution of Renewable Energy Projects from the Pre-Development Phase until Project Handover.

  5. Willing to be assigned on-site during the construction phase.

  6. Ability to adapt and perform site-related roles such as Construction

Management and Quality Assurance Functions.

  1. Proficiency and good command of geotechnical engineering principles, processes, and regulatory standards.

  2. Immense background in Geotechnical/civil works technologies and equipment for undertaking renewable energy projects.

  3. Experience in Piling and Mass Concrete Foundations.

  4. Excellent personnel and project management skills.

  5. Ability to communicate effectively with management, contractors, and stakeholders on matters about civil works and Balance-of-Plant.
