Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer
  • Has good working knowledge of mining and tunneling works.
  • Knowledgeable of ASite, Sharepoint, MS Team and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of technical supervisors on-site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and Employer's Requirements
  • Responsible for close coordination with the Proponent's Management Team to ensure the planning, design and works execution of the Contractor and Consultant will be completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate meetings with the Proponent to update on the progress and status of the project.
  • Work closely with Contractor's Management Team, Consultant's Management, and local regulatory authorities.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the technical and contractual documents from the Contractor and Consultant.
  • Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
  • Monitoring of reclamation and geotechnical works, including identification of any non-conformance of the Contractor's and Consultant's work on site.
  • Formulate recommendations for the Proponent for various technical, contractual and construction-related matters.
  • Well versed with FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design Build (2nd Edition 2017).
  • Conduct regular check on the works of the Contractor to ensure compliance with health and work safety.
  • Ensure Common Data Environment (CDE) is in place and the process is followed by all members of the project team.

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
