Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City. The Quality Management Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and conducting quality audits. Key responsibilities also include identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance overall performance and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management, Quality practices.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Professional experience in a quality-focused role is a plus.
