Job Scope

  • Lead HR transformation and process improvement projects
  • Review and analyze current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement)
  • Design and implement improved workflows, tools, and systems
  • Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of changes
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management within the HR function

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or process transformation
  • Strong background in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Prince2, etc.) – nice to have
  • Experience with HR systems, automation, or digital transformation – advantageous
