Job Description: Treasury Supervisor

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company's cash management, banking transactions, loan monitoring, and liquidity planning. This role ensures proper handling of loan facilities, timely debt servicing, and accurate financial reporting while supervising treasury staff and coordinating with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily treasury operations including cash positioning, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage and monitor loan accounts, including drawdowns, repayments, interest computations, and amortization schedules
  • Ensure timely payment of loan principal, interest, and related bank charges
  • Coordinate with banks regarding loan facilities, renewals, covenants, and documentation
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and debt obligations
  • Review and analyze loan agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of loans, guarantees, and other financing arrangements
  • Assist in negotiating loan terms, interest rates, and banking facilities
  • Prepare treasury reports for management, including cash position, loan balances, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations
  • Supervise and train treasury staff and review their work for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
  • Strong experience in loan management, including bank loans and credit facilities
  • Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments
  • Proficient in MS Excel and treasury or accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with banks and internal stakeholders

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate loans, working capital loans, and term loans
  • Familiarity with financial covenants and compliance reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
