Job Overview:

The  primary function of a coffee machine technician is to install, repair, and maintain coffee machines. Coffee machines are complex pieces of equipment that require regular maintenance and occasional repairs to keep them running smoothly. The job is to ensure that the coffee machines are functioning at their best and producing high-quality coffee.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Technicians are responsible for installing new coffee machines at customer locations. This involves connecting the machine to the water supply, setting up the electrical connections, and ensuring that the machine is properly calibrated.

· Technicians are responsible for performing regular maintenance on coffee machines to ensure that they are functioning properly. This might involve cleaning the machine, replacing worn-out parts, or adjusting settings to optimize performance.

· When a coffee machine is not functioning properly, technicians are responsible for diagnosing the problem and developing a solution. This requires a strong understanding of the mechanics and electronics of the machine, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.

· Technicians are responsible for repairing coffee machines that are not functioning properly. This might involve replacing faulty parts, repairing broken components, or reprogramming software to address issues.

· Technicians are responsible for testing coffee machines to ensure that they are working properly before leaving the customer location. This might involve brewing test batches of coffee, checking the temperature and pressure of the machine, or running diagnostic tests to ensure that all components are functioning properly.

· Technicians are responsible for providing customer support to help customers troubleshoot problems or learn how to use their coffee machines more effectively. This might involve answering customer questions, providing training on machine operation, or offering advice on how to maintain the machine.

Overall, a coffee machine technician is focused on ensuring that coffee machines are functioning properly and delivering high-quality coffee to customers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in electronic or any related field, NCII holder is a plus

· At least 2-3 years experience in technical and mechanical experience preferably from a coffee industry

· Coffee machine technicians need to have a solid understanding of the mechanics and electronics of coffee machines, including how they work, how to diagnose problems, and how to repair or replace faulty parts. This might require a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field

· Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, explaining technical issues in a clear and concise manner. They also need to be able to work well in a team environment.

· Proven ability to manage budgets

· Professional and proactive work ethics

· Willing to work onsite at AS Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu

· Able to do field works
