Lead Machine Operator & Technician

Location: Premierlabs Corporation, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Premierlabs Corporation is hiring a Machine Operator & Technician as a key member of the production team. This role is one of the main components of our manufacturing operations — directly responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with the Production Supervisor, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output. Candidates must have strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, along with the reliability and maturity required in a manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems (required).
  • College degree or vocational certification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Proven ability to work reliably and maturely, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support production staff.
  • Computer and analytical skills for managing production data and improving efficiency.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet production schedules and optimize workflows.
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure safe and efficient performance.
  • Prepare and check materials and components according to product specifications.
  • Enforce SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards across production processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and product quality.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production operations.
  • Work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
