We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician to join our team at JMmart Machines Services Inc' in Cebu City, Cebu. What you'll be doing

  1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in complex machinery
  3. Repair and replace malfunctioning components, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
  4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  5. Ensure that all equipment is kept in optimal working condition and complies with safety standards
  6. Collaborate with the team to improve maintenance procedures and processes
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to operators and other team members

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician, preferably in the Attachments industry.
  2. Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  5. Proficient in the use of a wide range of diagnostic tools and equipment
  6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and provide guidance to equipment operators
  7. Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work
